Shipping Policy

We mainly ship with the following carriers: Post Green Letter and Tracked Letter and/or Colissimo. The choice of carrier is made based on the destination of the shipment.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the order and start at €2.99 up to €59.99 of purchases then €6.50 for 60th and over, and for €139 of purchases delivery is free. They are clearly indicated on the order page.

Tracking is automatically sent once your package is shipped.

Jewelry is usually shipped within 24 hours of ordering.

Your purchases may be sent in multiple packages due to the format of certain products.

We guarantee consumer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for a piece of jewelry of the same value or a refund is permitted. The return of the product(s) is at the customer's expense. We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 14 days following purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded.
